Stuart Crocker

Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Stuart Crocker served eleven years in the British Army before starting a banking career primarily with Merrill Lynch and HSBC, in Europe and the Middle East. Latterly he became the CEO HSBC Private Bank UAE and Oman, and the Global Head Private Banking Group at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. Stuart has been a member of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers, and a Freeman of the City of London, since 2006.

Since 1994 Stuart has been a Director, and then a Trustee, at St Martin-in-the-Fields in London (28 years). He was a founding investor and the first Non-Executive Chairman of a renewable forestry company, which is now one of the largest forestry operations in West Africa having planted in excess of 20 million trees.

Stuart is a founder investor in a multi-award winning FinTech company in the Middle East and a Director of a pan-Asian investment company quoted on AIM in London. In 2020 he was the Interim-Chairman of an advanced technology company for ensuring the safety, security and efficiency of people and assets in some of the world’s most difficult places, supporting client operations in 35 countries.

In December 2021 Stuart was delighted to join the Board of Wellness United.

Neil Cabral

Independent Non-Executive Director

Neil Cabral is a highly regarded and skilled experienced business leader who brings exceptional international leadership experience and business acumen to the Board. He has over 30 years of global business and management experience spanning across board positions, private banking, distribution, e-commerce, cosmetics, wellness, pharmaceutical and single-family offices.

Cabral has a strong proven track record of successfully creating, founding, managing and operating large banks, multinational companies and financial institutions.

He has commanded leading business turnarounds as well as a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute multi-country business strategies. He has lead M&As and launched green-field financial services businesses to realize high valuations, and deliver profitability over a sustained period, while contributing to the community CSR and delivering high governance standards by actively serving at a senior level on several prominent internal and external boards.

Cabral currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Key Clients at Lighthouse Canton Capital (DIFC) Pte Ltd. He formally was the Executive Director and Board Member of Himalaya Wellness Worldwide (erstwhile The Himalaya Drug Company). He was also the CEO of its' billion-dollar single-family office and also served as a Trustee.

During his career spanning 30 years, Cabral has held several senior leadership positions including Managing Director and Global Head for non resident Indians at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank, Director at Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA Private Bank, Senior Vice President at Citibank, Vice President HSBC and Director at ICICI Bank across multiple global financial hubs.

Jacob Logothetis

Investor & Non-Executive Director

Jacob brings 23 years of post-MBA Buy-Side investment and corporate planning experience in public and private equity markets. He’s spent most of his career at senior roles within privately-owned conglomerates operating in the Middle East such as Dutco Group of Dubai and Latsis Group of Geneva. He has overseen from inception to execution circa $1.7bn worth of investments in Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. He is managing the UAE-registered Aqua Ventures International, an alternative investments platform for a HNWI, which was founded to invest family office funds in long-term sustainable growth assets
